Please read before Registering!

To register your team, please select the "Team Registration" option on the menu list.

Please note the following on the registration form:
- Association is your home hockey club
- Team Name should include Team Number and Name to ensure that your name is unique
- Please list current tier that your team is playing in.  Final groupings of teams will not be made until closer to the tournament start date, and we  will make best efforts to place teams in competitive tiers.
- For teams playing outside of Edmonton Minor Hockey Association, please include the league name that you play in.  Best efforts will be made to line up your tier to the approriate tier in Edmonton.
- Please ensure that you select "Confirm" on the second screen for your registration to go through.  The Main Contact should receive an application email immediately.
- Please forward payment to the Beaumont Hockey PO Box listed on the registration form.  Teams can not be accepted unless payment has been received.
- Teams will be accepted as soon as a competitive group has been made.  Your cheque will be cashed at that point.  The Main Contact will receive an Acceptance email at that time.
- Cheques will not be cashed for teams that are not accepted.
